THANK YOU | Trusted Coaches would like to the thank the OMGBA – Osseo/Maple Grove Basketball Association for creating a Youth 1st – Conduct 1st Environment for your Girl’s Tournament that occurred on November 2-3.
Here are few of the points of emphasis that were promoted during the tournament for coaches, players and spectators:
• Remember it’s about the kids (it is their game)
• Keep competitive energies in check (officials are human and not perfect, neither are you. As a coach, you are teaching your players and leading your parents by your conduct.)
• Always respect officials and opponents (coaches and officials should partner to ensure the kids on both teams have a great experience.)
